SBA & CMBS Loans
More general in nature, the SBA 7(a) loan program offers business owners increased flexibility in how they utilize funds. The SBA 504 loan dictates that recipients must use funds to purchase machinery, equipment, additional commercial real estate, renovate existing property, or refinance an eligible loan.
CMBS loans, otherwise known as conduit loans, are utilized to provide funding for commercial real estate buildings, such as multi-family living communities, office buildings, or warehouses. CMBS funding typically offers flexible underwriting standards, using the property as collateral. In partnership with multiple investment firms, GSAGE Capital can provide loans from $1 to $50 million, with low interest rates and non-recourse debt. Additionally, we provide cash out options and fixed terms up to 10 years, with 30-year amortizations.
